1. About Nature Grid Energy
Nature Grid Energy is a renewable energy company providing products and services including, but not limited to:
- Residential Solar Power Systems
- Commercial & Industrial Solar Projects
- On-Grid Solar Systems
- Off-Grid Solar Systems
- Hybrid Solar Systems
- Solar Plant Design & Engineering
- Procurement and Installation (EPC)
- Solar Maintenance & AMC Services
- Solar Repairs and Upgrades
- Net Metering Assistance
- Energy Consultation
- Solar Monitoring Solutions
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.
If you represent a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Quotations
All quotations issued by Nature Grid Energy:
- are estimates based on information available at the time;
- are generally valid for the period specified in the quotation;
- are subject to stock availability and market price fluctuations;
- may change due to site conditions or changes requested by the customer.
A quotation does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted by both parties.
4. Orders
Orders become effective only after:
- written confirmation by Nature Grid Energy;
- payment of the agreed advance, if applicable;
- successful site survey (where required);
- completion of necessary documentation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before installation if circumstances reasonably require it.
5. Pricing
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the quotation.
Additional charges may apply for:
- civil work
- structural modifications
- additional wiring
- earthing
- lightning protection
- transportation beyond agreed limits
- government fees
- net-metering charges
- unexpected site conditions
6. Payments
Customers agree to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Late payments may result in:
- project delays
- suspension of work
- delayed commissioning
- interest or late payment charges where permitted by law
Ownership of supplied equipment may remain with Nature Grid Energy until full payment has been received.
7. Installation
Installation timelines depend upon:
- weather conditions
- government approvals
- customer readiness
- material availability
- grid permissions
- force majeure events
Estimated completion dates are indicative and not guaranteed.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- provide safe access to the installation site;
- obtain necessary permissions from property owners where applicable;
- ensure structural suitability of the building unless otherwise agreed;
- provide uninterrupted access during installation;
- cooperate during inspections and commissioning.
9. Government Approvals
Where requested, Nature Grid Energy may assist with:
- Net Metering
- DISCOM documentation
- Subsidy applications
- Inspection coordination
Approval decisions remain solely with the respective government authorities. Nature Grid Energy does not guarantee approval or subsidy eligibility.
10. Product Warranty
Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product.
Nature Grid Energy facilitates warranty support but does not replace or extend manufacturer warranties unless specifically agreed in writing.
11. Installation Warranty
Nature Grid Energy provides a workmanship warranty for installation services as specified in the customer agreement.
The workmanship warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage
- vandalism
- fire
- flood
- lightning
- earthquakes
- unauthorized modifications
- third-party repairs
- misuse
- pest or animal damage
12. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
AMC services are governed by the applicable AMC agreement.
AMC coverage may include:
- scheduled inspections
- panel cleaning (as agreed)
- preventive maintenance
- performance checks
- fault diagnosis
Replacement parts are generally chargeable unless covered under warranty or the AMC plan.
13. Remote Monitoring
Where monitoring systems are installed:
- data may be collected from the solar plant;
- system performance may be monitored remotely;
- alerts may be generated for maintenance purposes.
Nature Grid Energy does not guarantee uninterrupted internet connectivity or third-party cloud services.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, documents, and branding, is the intellectual property of Nature Grid Energy unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
15. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- misuse the website;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- upload malicious software;
- interfere with website functionality;
- copy proprietary content without authorization;
- engage in fraudulent activities.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nature Grid Energy shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- consequential damages
- business interruption
- loss of profits
- loss of data
- loss of revenue
- delays caused by government agencies
- power outages
- natural disasters
- force majeure events
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
17. Force Majeure
Nature Grid Energy shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- floods
- earthquakes
- storms
- pandemics
- strikes
- war
- government restrictions
- transportation disruptions
- shortages of materials
- utility interruptions
18. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled subject to the terms specified in the quotation or agreement.
Customers may remain liable for:
- materials already procured;
- work already completed;
- transportation costs;
- administrative expenses;
- applicable cancellation charges.
19. Refunds
Refund eligibility shall be determined based on:
- project stage;
- materials ordered;
- contractual commitments;
- applicable laws.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
20. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
21. Third-Party Services
Certain services may involve third parties such as:
- manufacturers
- logistics providers
- payment gateways
- government agencies
- monitoring platform providers
Nature Grid Energy is not responsible for delays or failures attributable to these independent third parties.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
23. Dispute Resolution
The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual discussions.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
24. Changes to Terms
Nature Grid Energy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be published on our website with the revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any accepted quotation, work order, invoice, warranty terms, maintenance agreement, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Nature Grid Energy and the customer regarding the relevant products and services.
