4. Scope of Services
The AMC includes the services applicable to the selected plan. Services may include:

6. Services Not Included
Unless specifically mentioned in writing, this Agreement does not include:
- Replacement of equipment
- Solar panel replacement
- Inverter replacement
- Battery replacement
- Civil work
- Roof repair
- Structural alterations
- Water leakage repair
- Additional wiring
- Third-party equipment repair
- Consumables
- Government fees
Replacement parts will be billed separately unless covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide safe access to the site.
- Ensure uninterrupted access during service visits.
- Maintain internet connectivity for monitoring systems (where installed).
- Promptly report faults.
- Avoid unauthorized modifications.
- Operate the system according to manufacturer recommendations.
8. Service Response
Nature Grid Energy will make reasonable efforts to respond to service requests according to the selected AMC plan.
Response times may vary depending on:
- Weather
- Site accessibility
- Holidays
- Availability of spare parts
- Force majeure events
9. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions.
This AMC is a maintenance service agreement and does not extend or replace manufacturer warranties unless expressly covered under the NGE Care+ Extended Warranty Program or a separate written agreement.
10. Fees
AMC fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Late payment may result in suspension of AMC services until outstanding dues are cleared.
11. Cancellation
The Customer may request cancellation in writing.
AMC fees are generally non-refundable after the commencement of services, except where required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
Nature Grid Energy reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement for non-payment, unsafe site conditions, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nature Grid Energy shall not be liable for:
- Loss of electricity generation
- Business interruption
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Equipment failure due to manufacturer defects
- Grid failures
- Internet outages
- Natural disasters
- Force majeure events
- Damage caused by third parties
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid under this AMC Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the AMC Terms & Conditions, Warranty Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any applicable quotation or invoice, constitutes the complete agreement between the parties relating to the AMC services.
15. Acceptance
The parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
