This Policy applies to:

Customers may request cancellation before project execution begins.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or another officially accepted communication channel.

If cancellation is requested before materials have been ordered or project work has commenced:

• the customer may be eligible for a refund of the advance payment;
• administrative or processing charges may be deducted where applicable.

Once equipment or materials have been ordered, manufactured, customized, or dispatched:

• cancellation may not be possible; or
• refunds may be reduced to account for procurement costs, logistics expenses, supplier charges, and other non-recoverable costs.

Once installation work has commenced, customers may remain responsible for:

Products manufactured or customized specifically for a customer—including custom mounting structures, electrical panels, fabricated components, or specially sourced equipment—are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds may be considered where:

• Nature Grid Energy is unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons within its reasonable control;
• duplicate payments have been made;
• excess amounts have been paid by the customer;
• an order is cancelled in accordance with this Policy.

The following are generally non-refundable:

Eligibility for government subsidies is determined solely by the relevant government authorities.

Nature Grid Energy does not guarantee approval, sanction, or disbursement of any subsidy.

AMC fees are generally non-refundable once:

• the contract has commenced; or
• any scheduled service has been performed.

Payments for completed inspection, diagnosis, repair, cleaning, or maintenance services are generally non-refundable.

If a service cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to Nature Grid Energy, an appropriate refund or alternative solution may be offered.

Warranty claims are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms and the applicable workmanship warranty.

A warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original mode of payment wherever feasible.

Where this is not possible, refunds may be issued through another lawful payment method agreed upon with the customer.

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days.

If a customer makes an accidental duplicate payment or pays an incorrect amount, Nature Grid Energy will verify the transaction and process any eligible refund after confirmation.

Nature Grid Energy reserves the right to cancel an order where:
