1. Introduction
NGE Care+ is Nature Grid Energy's premium after-sales protection program, designed to provide customers with extended warranty support, preventive maintenance, priority service, and peace of mind beyond the standard manufacturer warranty.
The program is available for eligible solar installations completed by Nature Grid Energy and is intended to maximize system reliability, safety, and long-term performance.
2. Eligibility
NGE Care+ is available for:
- Residential Solar Power Systems
- Commercial Solar Systems
- Industrial Solar Systems
- Hybrid Solar Systems
- On-Grid Solar Systems
- Off-Grid Solar Systems
To remain eligible:
- The system must be installed or certified by Nature Grid Energy.
- The system must comply with our installation standards.
- Annual renewal fees must be paid on time.
- Unauthorized modifications must not have been made.
3. Membership Plans
Nature Grid Energy may offer one or more of the following plans:
NGE Care+ Silver
Ideal for residential customers. Includes:
- Priority technical support
- One preventive inspection per year
- Warranty coordination with manufacturers
- Discounted labour charges
- System health report
NGE Care+ Gold
RecommendedRecommended for homes and small businesses. Includes everything in Silver, plus:
- Two preventive inspections annually
- Remote system health monitoring (where supported)
- Priority service scheduling
- Discount on replacement parts
- Cleaning recommendations and performance review
NGE Care+ Platinum
Best ValueDesigned for commercial and industrial customers. Includes everything in Gold, plus:
- Quarterly preventive inspections
- Dedicated relationship manager (where applicable)
- Priority emergency support
- Annual performance optimisation review
- Detailed maintenance reports
- Preferred pricing on upgrades and expansions
4. Coverage
Depending on the selected plan, NGE Care+ may include:
- Extended workmanship warranty
- Preventive maintenance inspections
- Electrical safety checks
- Mounting structure inspection
- Loose connection tightening
- Cable inspection
- Earthing inspection
- Inverter health inspection
- Monitoring system verification
- Performance analysis
- Fault diagnosis
- Service reminders
- Manufacturer warranty coordination
Coverage is subject to the selected membership plan.
5. Optional Extended Protection
Customers may purchase optional extended protection for eligible components, subject to technical inspection and approval:
- Inverter Extended Protection
- Battery Extended Protection
- Mounting Structure Extended Protection
- Monitoring Device Protection
- Surge Protection Device Replacement
- AC/DC Protection Component Coverage
Availability depends on the manufacturer, equipment age, and system condition.
6. Priority Service
NGE Care+ members receive priority scheduling for:
- Breakdown visits
- Technical inspections
- Warranty support
- Fault diagnosis
- Planned maintenance
Response times depend on location, workload, weather conditions, and accessibility.
7. Preventive Maintenance
Routine preventive maintenance may include:
- Visual inspection of modules
- Electrical connection inspection
- Mounting structure inspection
- Earthing verification
- Inverter diagnostics
- Cable routing inspection
- Junction box inspection
- Performance verification
- Cleaning recommendations
Panel cleaning is included only if expressly stated in the selected plan.
8. Exclusions
NGE Care+ does not cover:
- Theft
- Fire
- Flood
- Earthquake
- Cyclone
- Lightning damage
- Vandalism
- Pest or animal damage
- Accidental damage
- Grid voltage abnormalities
- Force majeure events
- Unauthorized repairs
- Customer negligence
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
- Damage caused by third-party contractors
Manufacturer warranty exclusions continue to apply.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Allow scheduled inspections.
- Report faults promptly.
- Maintain safe site access.
- Avoid unauthorized modifications.
- Keep the monitoring system connected to the internet (where applicable).
- Pay annual membership fees before the renewal date.
10. Membership Renewal
NGE Care+ memberships are renewable annually.
Renewal reminders may be sent via:
Failure to renew before the expiry date may result in suspension of program benefits until the membership is reinstated.
11. Membership Fees
Membership fees are determined by:
- System capacity
- Equipment type
- Installation age
- Membership plan
- Service location
Current pricing is published separately or provided in the customer's quotation.
12. Transferability
NGE Care+ membership may be transferred to a new property owner only with prior written approval from Nature Grid Energy and after verification of the system's condition.
Additional transfer or inspection charges may apply.
13. Cancellation
Nature Grid Energy may suspend or terminate membership if:
- Membership fees remain unpaid.
- Fraudulent claims are made.
- Unauthorized alterations are performed.
- Safety hazards prevent service delivery.
- The customer breaches the Terms of Service.
14. Limitation of Liability
NGE Care+ is a service program and not an insurance policy.
Membership does not guarantee uninterrupted power generation, uninterrupted equipment operation, or financial savings.
Nature Grid Energy's liability is limited to the services expressly included under the selected membership plan and applicable law.
15. Amendments
Nature Grid Energy reserves the right to modify the NGE Care+ program, including benefits, pricing, eligibility criteria, and service offerings.
Changes will not affect services already provided before the effective date of the amendment.
16. Governing Law
This Program shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

18. Acceptance
Enrollment in NGE Care+ constitutes acceptance of this Extended Warranty Program and all applicable Nature Grid Energy policies, including the Terms of Service, Warranty Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
